Historical McGaha Farm + Slate blue inspired Wedding

Southern romance + slate blue inspiration in the Kentucky hillside. This secluded & cozy historical farm wedding will keep your country heart melting. If you love baby guineas, fresh florals, horses, vintage velvet pulled carriages, scroll down.

Coty & Shelbie purchased the dream McGaha farm during their engagement. Their laid back hearts were set on renovating the barn out back into the ceremony & reception location.

They shared their first look in the clover field on the top hillside of the farm & guests shared a sunset that disappeared over the tip top of the barn during the ceremony.

Incorporating the blue mountain thistles into fresh floral arrangements, a fishing lure into the groom's boutonniere, a floral head piece for Hot Shot, pickled okra jars, vintage quilts for guests, & old church pews for closest family during the ceremony really topped the cake for this country side wedding.
